FLINT– Flint School of Performing Arts faculty member Terrance Newman, bassist, will perform March 18, at 7 p.m. The free concert will be held in the Flint Institute of Music’s MacArthur Recital Hall; doors open at 6:30 p.m. and seating is available on a first come, first served basis.
